Went well today. No detox symptoms. Spent and hour doing yoga, 40 min detox bath, 2 hours of meditation, and an intense 2 hour cardio heavy metal band practice. Tons of energy through the whole thing.
176 today a loss of 3 pounds since Monday. Some cravings at night for junk food, but mostly as a result of habit. Wanted to reward myself for working hard today. My Energy level stayed very constant throughout the day and I got allot of complex brain work done without any mental fatigue. All in all a good day.
